Installation option is only applicable for pure concrete ceiling below 2.9m with existing electrical point. Extra charge is applicable for false ceiling, cornice or any extra work required by buyer. Extra surcharge of $20 is applicable to delivery/installation in CBD or Sentosa area.
Warranty: 1 year on parts and lifetime on motor
